How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated by total order weight. Fees will be calculated based on the weight of all items in your shopping cart.

 

Where do you ship to?

We can ship within Canada and the continental United States (exclusions may apply). 

 

When will my item arrive?

Our ETA of stock items is 2-4 weeks. Please note that depending on your items, you may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our third party partners can happen for various reason and are unfortunately out of our control. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel. Any custom made items are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs. After this time period a 15% restocking fee applies. Please see our RETURN POLICY for further information.

 

The product name on the box I received doesn't match what I ordered? 

We use several suppliers and product names are sometimes repeated between them. To avoid confusion, we rename the products on our site to names unique to us.  Some packaging may arrive with the supplier's product name on the box instead of ours. If you have any questions or want to double check, CONTACT US for any questions!

 

Lead Times

Once you place an order we will contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number where you can track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. 

Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post). Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOOR STEP ONLY. Meaning the delivery men do not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby or loading dock and no further. Other than beds and dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home or contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery. The service includes unpacking, minor assembly and garbage removal, however is only available in certain locations.  Please contact us for Details. 

 

Additional Notes

Cabin Couture is located in Toronto, Canada and charges the sales taxes (HST) applicable to Ontario. All pricing in CAD. Additional import duties, brokerage fees and current China tariffs to the USA may be applicable. Note that not all items are subject to duties and tariffs. We ship to Canada and the US exclusively, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us and we can quote a special shipping charge.

Please utilize the order note section during checkout to specify unique situations the delivery company may encounter during delivery. No elevator, small doorway, etc. Please ensure items will fit through and into their desired destination prior to ordering. If you have any questions about size, please don't hesitate to ask.

Delays

Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to holidays, busy season, weather or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control and can push the delivery window past the standard 2-4 weeks or specified lead time. We ask for your patience during these times as we do our best to ensure all items get to our customers as quickly as possible! 

USA Clients

USA shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48hrs with a quote. 

 

Stock
We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances, products can sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If the date isn't to your liking we will reimburse you 100% and/or suggest a similar in stock item. Please contact us for stock inventory and specific lead times.

Rural Locations 

Please note if your delivery is going to a lakeside cottage, country cabin or any rural or hard to reach location, you may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will update your shipping quote if necessary after you place your order, and send it to you within 48 hours to confirm. If the updated terms are not agreeable, we will issue a 100% refund.
